The Dallas Morning News reports that the former Crespi Estate was totally rebuilt and substantially enlarged starting in 2000, taking 33 months with 250 people a day working on the house.
“The three-story house – originally designed by Swiss architect Maurice Fatio – has a conservatory, wine cellar, media room, exercise room and a European-style kitchen with a $65,000 French range. There’s a 7-car garage and a full basement under the main house.”
